In these terms, "OC", "we", "us", or "our" means Original Creator, registered at Unit N, Featherstall Road South, Oldham, OL9 6HS. "You" or "your" means anyone using our website.

We may update these terms from time to time, so please check back occasionally. We may also change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the website or service at any time without notice, and we're not liable if the site is unavailable at any point.

We respect your privacy and will never share your personal details with third parties without your consent.

  • Payments are processed securely through SagePay. We never store your full card details — only the last four digits, for verification.
  • Please don't share your password with anyone, by phone or email.
  • All information you give us is stored securely.
  • We're not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites linked from our site.

2. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you opt in to SMS messages from Original Creator, here's what to expect:

  • You'll receive recurring text messages (order updates, alerts, promotions, offers) sent to the mobile number you provide — even if that number is on a Do Not Call list.
  • Signing up for texts is completely optional and isn't required to shop with us.
  • The service is free from us, but standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

To opt out: text STOP to iseetheoc, or use the unsubscribe link in any message. You'll get a one-time confirmation and no further messages, unless you sign up again.

  • If we change our messaging number, we'll let you know — but we're not responsible for messages (including STOP/HELP requests) sent to an old number after a change.
  • Please make sure your mobile number is accurate and up to date. If your number changes, you'll need to opt in again.
  • We aren't liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected messages, or for actions you take based on them.

3. Acceptable Use

When using our website, you must not:

  • Commit or encourage any criminal offence
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to hack, corrupt data, or disrupt the site's performance
  • Infringe on anyone else's rights
  • Send spam or unsolicited promotional material
  • Cause annoyance or harm to other users

Misusing the site in these ways is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We'll report breaches to the relevant authorities and may disclose your identity to them.

We're not liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, malware, or denial-of-service attacks arising from your use of this site or any linked site.

  • Each account is for one person only — please don't share your login with others.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure. If you suspect someone else has access to it, contact us straight away.
  • We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these terms.

6. Ordering

  • Placing an order through our checkout means you're agreeing to buy the item(s), subject to availability and price confirmation.
  • You'll get an order acknowledgement by email, and a separate dispatch confirmation once your order ships — this is when our contract with you is formed.
  • Dispatch times can vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, courier delays). See our Delivery Policy for full details.
  • We may decline an order if: the item is unavailable, we can't verify payment, there's a pricing/description error, or you don't meet our eligibility criteria.
  • All prices include VAT; delivery charges are shown separately and included in your total at checkout. If you spot a pricing error, please let us know so we can fix it.

Discount codes: valid on full-price items only, subject to expiry dates and terms provided at the time. Only one code per order; codes can't be combined with other offers.

7. Cancellations & Returns

Before dispatch: email orders@originalcreator.co.uk to cancel your order.

After dispatch: you can return the item(s) to us instead (see our Refund Policy for the full process).

  • You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  • Once we receive your return, we'll refund the amount paid (minus the original delivery charge) or process your exchange.
  • Returns won't be accepted if the item has been worn or the original tags removed — please avoid wearing perfume or makeup when trying items on. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

8. Website Availability

We aim to keep the site available 24/7, but we can't guarantee this. Access may be suspended without notice for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons beyond our control, and we're not liable for any resulting downtime.

9. Content You Submit

Anything you post or send to our website (aside from personal data, covered under our Privacy Policy) is treated as non-confidential. We may use, copy, or share it for any purpose.

You must not post or send anything that is:

  • Threatening, obscene, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory
  • Posted without the necessary rights or permissions
  • Illegal, or likely to encourage illegal activity
  • Technically harmful (viruses, malware, corrupted data, etc.)

We'll cooperate fully with law enforcement or courts investigating any breach of this section.

Prices, products, and content may change without notice, and we make no promise to update outdated material. The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

This does not affect our liability for:

  • These terms are only enforceable by us and you — no third party can enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
