We want you to love what you've ordered. To help you choose the right fit the first time, check our size guide and detailed product images/videos before you buy.
If it's not quite right, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery, for items that are unused, unworn, and in original, undamaged packaging.
We're continually improving how we handle returns and use your feedback to make your next Original Creator experience even better.
How to Return an Item
1. Email us at orders@originalcreator.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Your contact details
- Reason for return
- Photos (if relevant to your return reason)
2. Post your return to:

3. Repack your item(s):
- Attach the original swing tag
- Place the item back in its biodegradable transparent bag
- Pack everything into the reusable kraft bag it arrived in
4. Get your returns label from our orders team — it's trackable and requires a signature, so your parcel reaches us safely.
5. We process your return within 14 days of receiving the parcel, and will email you with your refund or exchange options.
